Belden Wire & Cable Company makes this 14 American wire gauge (AWG) RG11/U general purpose coaxial cable. It has a black exterior, which is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket. The single conductor consists of bare copper over steel. An insulative layer over the conductor is made of gas-injected foam polyethylene (FPE). It has four layers of shielding materials. The first is a bonded Duofoil® and bonded aluminum foil-polyester tape-aluminum foil layer. The second layer is an aluminum braid topped by a third layer, which is constructed of aluminum foil-polyester tape-aluminum foil. The fourth layer is braided aluminum. This coax cable has a maximum operating voltage of 300 volts RMS. Purchase it in sections of 1,000 feet on a cable reel or in a box.
