Here at Energy Avenue we are dedicated to providing our customers with the lowest prices and the best customer service possible. We pride ourselves on selling only the highest quality products; we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and keep you coming back. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to find you something that better fits your needs. If we cannot accommodate your needs we will happily accept any materials back that are in NEW condition within 30 days of your original purchase date.

To request a return or to receive a replacement on a warrantied item(s) please submit your information on the form below.


All returned items must be in original packaging and in working condition. Customers must request an RMA (Returns Material Authorization) within 30 days after receipt of order. Once material has been returned, inspected, and deemed resalable Energy Avenue will then process the return. Any items returned due to reasons like dissatisfaction will result to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will be processed 7-10 business days after receipt of material. If the materials has not been returned after 30 days of the original RMA date, Energy Avenue reserves the right to deny requested RMA.

Shipping Damages

We ship many orders daily, and take great pride in our shipping procedures. The Energy Avenue shipping team takes the time and effort in packing and shipping your order in a timely and secure fashion. In order for your damage RMA claim to be processed, Energy Avenue must be notified of the damage within 5 days of the original delivery date. If the package is damaged during transit, the package must still be received, inspected by the customer and not refused under any circumstances to ensure a more seamless return. Once the package is returned to Energy Avenue, our Return’s Specialist will do a thorough inspection of the packaging and material to check for any shipping damage(s). Upon confirmation of damages, we will then file the claim on the customers’ behalf and arrange for a refund or replacement.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Warranty Information

Energy Avenue has a long history in only partnering with those manufacturers and products that are leading the way in the LED lighting industry. With that being said the products we carry and sell are backed by not only by a Manufacturer’s Warranty, but also by Energy Avenue’s 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

  • Material under warranty must be returned to Energy Avenue before replacement material will be issued. Once an RMA (Return Material Authorization) has been requested then issued the customer has 30 days from issue date to return said materials.
  • If you are returning material under warranty and you have already received the replacement material, you will need to return the original material within 10 days to avoid being charged for both the original and replacement material.
  • If the total amount of the product for replacement for either damage or defective is less than twenty five ($25), a refund, rather than a replacement, will be offered to the customer. Shipping small one item packages severely increases the percentage chances for damage.
  • After 30 days of original purchase Energy Avenue is not responsible for returned shipping costs on all warrantied material.

Returns and Warranty Information

The address to return the product will be provided on the RMA form.
The RMA is only valid for 30 days from the date listed on the RMA.

  • Please attach any photos of damaged material including packaging if your items were delivered damaged.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
  • Returning new items in their original condition due to reasons like dissatisfaction will result to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order.
  • Items ordered incorrectly will result to freight charges to return.
  • In no event shall Energy Avenue liability exceed the purchase price paid (if any), including shipping costs (if applicable), for the products available for sale on our web site.
  • Sample or sale products which were sold through Powered By Savings will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Due to their seasonal nature, we do not accept returns on Christmas / Holiday / Event items.
  • International Sales are Final and non-refundable.
