The Efficient Home Cooling Program provides rebates for the purchase of qualifying high-efficiency air conditioners and heat pumps. The amount of the rebate depends on the efficiency (SEER) of equipment purchased.  TEP recommends, but does not require, the purchase and installation of ENERGY STAR qualified equipment.

APS - multifamily Energy Efficiency Program

In order to meet Arizona’s 22% energy reduction by 2020 goal, APS offers energy efficiency incentives to multifamily building residents. CFLs, thermostat shut-offs and water controls are offered as part of the free energy assessment program to residents and common areas upgrades are incentivized through rebates to building owners.
