Hawaii Energy is a ratepayer-funded conservation and efficiency program administered by Leidos Engineering, LLC (formerly known as SAIC) under contract with the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission serving the islands of Hawaii, Lanai, Maui, Molokai and Oahu. This program offers a wide range of rebates an incentives for lighting as well other energy efficiency improvements.

Kauai Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC) is a not-for-profit generation, transmission and distribution cooperative owned and controlled by the members it serves. Headquartered in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, the cooperative currently serves more than 32,000 electric accounts throughout Kauai.
