The Coldwater Board of Public Utility, in conjunction with American Municipal Power’s “Efficiency Smart” program, offers a wide range of incentives that encourage commercial and industrial to pursue energy efficient equipment and energy saving measures. Prescriptive rebates are available for efficient lighting, HVAC equipment, compressed air systems and accessories, motors, refrigeration equipment, and food service equipment.
