Platte-Clay Electric Cooperative offers a variety of rebates to residential and commercial customers who wish to upgrade to energy efficient equipment. Newly installed ground source heat pumps are eligible for a $750 per ton rebate. This rebate amount also covers the replacement of existing propane, natural gas, air source or electric resistance heating units. Dual fuel and replacement geothermal heat pumps may receive a rebate of $150 per ton.
